Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support the Laurel, MD community. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and keeping residents satisfied with well‑maintained homes.

With 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll join a team that values safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship in a dynamic apartment living

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair work.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, safety systems, and related areas.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs with company standards and in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
Performs turnkey work as required.
Conducts apartment preventive maintenance.
Assists in painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintains safety by following Vivmark policies and reporting hazards.
Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
