You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The role requires 4–6 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 4-6 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems; supervise/coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Work on a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
