The role sits within the Maintenance Job Family with progression paths from Trainee to Technician levels, and requires a proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work on-site in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Certifications relevant to the region (e.g., EPA 608, Boiler Certification) within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for property systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage on a rotating on-call schedule.
