Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Reserve at North River. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the community in top condition.

You will assist the Service Manager, ensure timely completion of requests, and participate in preventative maintenance programs, resident events, and ongoing community preservation efforts. A positive, team-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions and participate in the community preservation program.
