Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform efficient maintenance for our Autumn Ridge apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage ongoing maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, is punctual and reliable, and works well in a team to keep residents satisfied and properties well maintained.

Qualifications

Experience in apartment maintenance and property upkeep.
Punctual, dependable and a self-starter with good teamwork.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on-call when needed.

Responsibilities

Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
Assist with resident events and community preservation programs.
