Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a full range of maintenance duties at an apartment community in Florida. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and contributes to preventive maintenance and service efficiency.

Responsibilities include appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical work, with focus on timely completion of requests and community upkeep. Flexibility for on-call shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.
• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
