Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical duties across the Cambridge Cove apartment community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage preventive maintenance programs.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an AC Type II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and a flexible, on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
