Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across an apartment community. You will support the Service Manager and help maintain the property through preventative maintenance and timely service requests, while assisting with resident events and community programs.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and an A/C Certification Type II or

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
