Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at the Bella Vista community. The role covers appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties under the Maintenance Supervisor.

You’ll support service requests, preventative maintenance, and emergency calls, with opportunities for career progression and company benefits. The position offers on-site work in Bella Vista with a focus on reliability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service or emergency calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and participate in the community preservation plan.
