Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Waterford Landing in Nashville. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and support the service manager in ongoing maintenance programs.

This role involves responding to service requests, preventative maintenance, and on-call coverage. Ideal candidates have at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance.

What your day to day might look like:

• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy


• Assists with resident functions


• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
