Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Providence Place in Wisconsin. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and support the Maintenance Supervisor in managing maintenance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and an AC Certification Type II or Universal. The role offers bonuses, benefits and a path to professional development.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
