Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician II at Providence Place in Denton, TX. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and assist the Service Manager with the community's maintenance programs.

We seek punctual, dependable self-starters who are team players with apartment maintenance experience. A/C Certification Type II or Universal and a valid driver's license are required. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
