Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Magnolia Village to maintain the apartment community and support the Service Manager with our maintenance program.

The role focuses on performing appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical tasks, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and participating in preventive maintenance activities for resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions and participate in the community preservation plan.
