Job summary

First Coast Apartment Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is responsible for all necessary maintenance of the apartment community. Key responsibilities include performing carpentry, plumbing, and electrical duties, along with assisting management and responding to service requests. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of apartment maintenance experience and an A/C Certification. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager with various tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls per company policy.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
