Job summary

Brandemere is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join Highmark Residential, LLC. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties to maintain the apartment community.

You’ll support the Service Manager, ensure timely service requests, and participate in preventive maintenance and community programs. A year of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks as required.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation.
