Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our St Charles apartment community to perform a range of maintenance tasks and support the Service Manager in day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds an A/C Type II or Universal certification, and is available for flexible scheduling and on-call shifts to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
