Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at Southpoint Estate in Durham, NC. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and assist the Service Manager with community needs.

You should have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
