Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at the St Charles community. This role focuses on performing a broad range of maintenance tasks across apartments, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and is willing to work a flexible schedule and be available on-call.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
