Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for an on-site role at the Bella Vista community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks, and assist the Service Manager with community needs.

You’ll complete service requests promptly, conduct preventative maintenance, and participate in the preservation plan. A one-year maintenance background, a valid license, and flexibility are required, with on-call duties possible.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
