Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to handle appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at the Northtowne Village community. You will assist the Service Manager and help maintain the property’s safety and appearance.

Requirements include at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call work. The role offers competitive pay and benefits with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed timely and correctly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and events.
• Contribute to the community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner

• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
