Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently conduct maintenance across an apartment community, working with the Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance programs. The role supports daily repairs and preventative maintenance while ensuring timely service for residents.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds a valid driver’s license, and is willing to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
