Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our apartment community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties, and assist the Service Manager with daily tasks to maintain the community at high standards.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, an A/C Type II certification, a valid driver's license, and are willing to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks needed by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed accurately and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions and community preservation programs.
