Job summary

Highmark Residential seeks an on-site maintenance professional for Northtowne Village. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance tasks, while supporting the service manager and responding to emergencies.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible on-call schedule. Community maintenance and preventative programs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Interest in apartment maintenance.
• You’re punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• You’re a team player.
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.
