Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Wellington Apartments in Florida. The role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to support the Property’s service standards and the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will be responsible for timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and resident-focused service, while contributing to the community’s upkeep and safety. This position offers benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with tasks as required by the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
