Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform maintenance at the Towne Creek apartment community. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance programs and ensure timely completion of service requests.

The role involves appliance, carpentry, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to a preventive maintenance program. A flexible schedule and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and on-call.
• AC Certification Type II or Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service and emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.

The Maintenance Technician II Position

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and working with the Maintenance Supervisor to direct and manage the overall maintenance programs of the apartment community.
