Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of our communities and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and handle requests promptly while adhering to safety policies.

The position supports general maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems, with on-call rotation and a focus on resident satisfaction in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications such as EPA 608, Boiler, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair within 9 months of employment or promotion.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high levels of resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
