This role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance with on call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of maintenance experience are required, along with basic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED graduate level.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications relevant to the region (EPA 608, Boiler Certification, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair) within 9 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for property upkeep and systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities).
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work on a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 maintenance coverage.
