Job summary
Waterton is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Technician I in Franklin, TN to help maintain our community and equipment in line with company standards. You will prepare apartments for occupancy, perform preventive maintenance, complete service requests, and assist with janitorial duties to ensure a safe, attractive living environment.
You will work with a team to troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance issues, conduct inspections, and keep accurate maintenance records while
Qualifications
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience.
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing the make-ready process including inspections and repairs.
- Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled and maintain records.
- Assist in maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the community including grounds and common areas.
- Ensure safe work environment with appropriate safety measures.
