Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician on-site in Franklin, TN, to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems and install appliances as needed. You will keep resident service orders on time, help maintain curb appeal, and adhere to OSHA, health, safety, and environmental regulations while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills; certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed on time.
• Assist in maintaining exterior property for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
