Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in Sacramento is seeking a self-motivated maintenance technician to join our property management team. You will perform tasks across grounds, buildings, and amenities to keep the community safe and inviting.

The role requires basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience, plus the ability to read technical procedures and communicate effectively with residents and staff. Candidates must supply their own tools and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
• Capable of communicating with residents and fellow employees.
• Must supply own tools and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community including grounds and interiors.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Address repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Ensure physical integrity and safety of the property and residents.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to preform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and A/C experience.
