Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a highly motivated maintenance professional to join our property management team. You will handle the apartment community’s maintenance, from grounds to preventive and emergency work, ensuring physical integrity and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has basic maintenance knowledge across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, make-readies and A/C, and must be a reliable team player committed to safe, quality work.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write legibly and clearly.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to preform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and A/C experience.
