Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a motivated maintenance team member to support our apartment communities in Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities include maintaining the physical grounds, preventive and emergency maintenance, and various repair tasks across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and A/C systems.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and basic maintenance skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Must have own tools for job tasks.
• Able to communicate with residents and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community including grounds and buildings.
• Handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and appliance servicing.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to preform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and A/C experience.
