Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a highly motivated maintenance team member to support our on-site apartment community in Austin. You will perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance to preserve the property's physical integrity and appeal.

The role requires basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance work and some A/C experience, with weekends, on-call shifts and overtime possible. Teamwork and strong communication with residents and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic maintenance and trades knowledge.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Must be able to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain and enhance the apartment community grounds and facilities.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance and make-readies; assist with A/C as needed.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community. You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
