Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated maintenance team member to uphold the property's physical integrity and perform upkeep across grounds, buildings, and units.

You will handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance with tasks spanning carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and make-readies; owning tools and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Must have own tools.
• Be a team player with good communication.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community's physical grounds and structures.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Execute make-readies and general repairs (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Coordinate with residents and staff to ensure timely maintenance and safety.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community. You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and A/C experience.
