Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance our apartment community. You will perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across grounds, units, and common areas, including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.

Strong communication with residents and team members is essential. The role requires basic tools, weekend/on-call availability, and the ability to read and follow instructions and

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community including grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Address repairs in units and shared spaces, ensure safety and quality of work.
• Communicate with residents and team to coordinate tasks.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community. You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
