Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and enhance our apartment communities. You will handle all aspects of maintenance including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency tasks, applying knowledge in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance care.

The ideal candidate will own basic tools, support weekends and on-call shifts, and communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure safe, well-maintained properties.

Qualifications

• Own basic tools.
• Weekends, On-Call & OT.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community.
• Maintain physical integrity of the assigned property.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Possess general maintenance knowledge in carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, and A/C.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department. Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community. You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
