Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a highly-motivated maintenance professional to join our property management team in Silver City, NM. The role involves maintaining and improving the apartment community, including grounds, preventive and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the physical integrity of the property.

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and make-readies, plus the ability to read and follow simple instructions and

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and upkeep.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Comfort with reading simple instructions and following maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community and its grounds.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with residents and staff to coordinate work and document tasks.

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly‑motivated, self‑starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
