Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a highly-motivated maintenance technician to support our apartment communities. You will perform general building maintenance, grounds care, and resolve preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance tasks to uphold safety and appearance.

The ideal candidate has basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and some A/C experience, owns basic tools, and can read and follow simple instructions as well as communicate clearly with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks across building systems.
• Ability to read simple instructions and fill out maintenance requests.
• Own basic tools and able to perform on-call shifts.
• Able to read and interpret regulations and governmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and repairs as needed.
• Communicate with residents and staff to coordinate work.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
