Job summary

Mayfair Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our property management team. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the apartment community, including general maintenance, grounds, and preventive tasks.

You will handle preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance with a practical understanding of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and some A/C experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Be a team player.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community and its grounds.

Maintenance Technician II

Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.

Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.

Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
