Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems in our apartment communities. You will handle preventative maintenance, painting, and safety procedures while ensuring timely completion of service requests and turnover of vacant homes.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation.
Ability to communicate with team members and residents for service delivery.
Ability to read and follow policies, SDS sheets, and safety procedures.
Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
Basic understanding of emergency systems, shutoffs, and operations.
Familiarity with paint types and painting tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, safety systems and related areas.
Complete service requests and repairs to company standards in a timely manner.
Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent‑ready promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance and assist with interior/exterior painting.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow Vivmark safety policies including incident reporting.
