Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures (SDS, PPE).
• Valid driver's license and on-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure units are rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Follow safety policies and document incidents with accuracy.
