Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance apartment homes across our portfolio. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure on-time service requests while maintaining safety and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Willingness to on-call rotation and drive to properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and complete repairs timely.
• Ensure vacant units and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work as needed.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and daily site inspections.
• Maintain safety culture and follow all safety policies.
• Perform hot works per company standards when applicable.
