Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across our communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems while ensuring timely completion of work orders and turnover readiness for apartments.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Valid driver's license and HVAC (CFC) certifications or willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-call rotations and communicate effectively with residents.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
Assist with creating and organizing work orders and tasks.
Complete work orders per company standards and timelines.
Maintain vacant units and prepare for occupancy.
Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on apartments.
Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
Maintain safety culture per Vivmark policies.
Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
Eligible for housing discounts where available and cell phone reimbursement.
