Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests, perform diverse maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will also conduct preventative maintenance and maintain grounds, reporting concerns as needed.

The role requires troubleshooting skills across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC (as applicable), plus a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and interior tasks.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Able to work weekends and after-hours when required.
• Physical ability for long periods of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
