Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, handling tasks from painting to HVAC checks and basic repairs.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to service residents professionally. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required in many communities.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• High School degree or equivalent
• Understanding Bell Core Values
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility (preferred)
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair abilities
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, high-quality customer service to residents and staff
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments
• Keep maintenance items in a safe area to prevent injuries
• Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
