Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks across our communities. The role involves repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to resident requests to ensure a safe and well-kept living environment.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, a High School diploma or equivalent, and 1-3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC and related certifications are beneficial; strong customer service and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance for the community and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure safety by keeping maintenance items in secure areas.
• Attend in-service trainings and work with vendors for landscaping, painting, and asphalt as needed.
• Follow all safety and OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
