Bridge Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community by performing HVAC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. You will work with residents and staff to ensure timely service, safety, and a well-maintained living environment.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to handle emergency repairs, weekends, and evenings if needed. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to fix-it expert- Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, handling tasks like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable year-round.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance to avoid issues.
• Keep community pools clean and safe through minor pool maintenance.
• Monitor outside vendors to ensure quality work.
• Assist with light landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning to maintain curb appeal.
• Prepare homes for new residents by completing repairs and making units move-in ready.
• Report safety issues to supervisor and follow safety regulations.
• Be ready to take on special maintenance projects as needed.
