Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

You will troubleshoot issues, install appliances, and support resident services while upholding safety standards and quality curb appeal. This role requires reliable hands-on problem solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced property management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills required.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed and complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and comply with safety regulations.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Answer after-hours emergencies as required.
