Bridge Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community well-maintained and comfortable. The role covers HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing upkeep, and general repairs to ensure move-in readiness for residents.

You will work with a collaborative team, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with light landscaping and safety compliance. Training and development opportunities are offered to advance your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of facility maintenance experience.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to fix-it expert, handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and exteriors.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance to avoid issues.
• Handle minor pool maintenance and keep facilities safe.
• Work with contractors to monitor outside vendors.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with light landscaping and cleaning.
• Prepare homes for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
