Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks while supporting HVAC systems and general repairs across units and common areas.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and participate in preventive maintenance. The role offers opportunities for growth within property management and facilities operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance is expected.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to fix-it expert– Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, handling tasks like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
• Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable year-round.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance to avoid issues.
• Keep community pools clean and safe.
• Supervise outside vendors to ensure quality work.
• Assist with landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning.
